DAV follows the CBSE Board pattern and NCERT curriculum for classes 9 to 12. It is affiliated to the CBSE New Delhi.DAV system of Education uses efficient and interactive method which incorporates new technology in the form of Smart classes for teaching the students of classes Nur. to XII. We follows the maxim of ‘ learning by doing ‘ so the teacher use play way as well as innovative approach in teaching learning. 

DAV follows the syllabus prescribed by DAV education Board from Nur. to class VIII. We have been following CCE for classes 3 to 10 as per latest guideline issued by CBSE. The school adheres to all rules and guidelines of CBSE. The school is a pioneer in promoting various activities, competition and examination conducted by CBSE as well as other organizations. 

The school will offer latest subject of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY for class IX w.e.f 2013-14 session and Sanskrit , French w.e.f. 2014 as the third language to the secondary level so that they may be trained in a new language which may be offered as second language in IX and X. School provides the two streams science (medical and Non medical) with commerce for 10+2 level students with a variety of optional subject.
